Best buying experience ever. I wasn't real sure what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase when I visited Pete Moore Mitsubishi/Volkswagon. I knew I wanted to look at either a crossover vehicle or an S type of vehicle I wanted to purchase when I visited Pete Moore Mitsubishi/Volkswagon. I knew I wanted to look at either a crossover vehicle or an SUV. Gary DeStephano, Sales Associate was the most patient sales person I have ever met. He spent several hours with me letting me look at and test drive several vehicles without any pressure whatsoever. I really liked the Mitsubishi Outlander but was still unsure if that was what I wanted so Gary gave me a business card and let us know that if we decided to deal with them, they would be happy to do business with us. I went to a couple other dealerships to compare vehicles and as soon as I stepped on to the lot, the sales person immediately wanted to start talking money before I had even looked at any of their vehicles. Needless to say it did not take me long to decide that I was going back to see Gary at Pete Moore Mitsubishi and give them my business. When we returned to Pete Moore Mitsubishi, two days after our initial visit, Gary again impressed my by calling my husband and I by name, this is a hugh plus in my book. We drove the Outlander again and I decided that was the vehicle I wanted to purchase. When we sat down with Gary to talk price, again I was impressed, there was no pressure whatsoever and we told him what we wanted and were able to do and walked out of the dealership that day the proud owners of a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander. I arrived at Pete Moore to check out the CC. Steven Hill met us and recommended we take a drive in the new 2012 TDI SEL Passat (before it became Car of the Year). Upon his recommendatation, we did then wen met us and recommended we take a drive in the new 2012 TDI SEL Passat (before it became Car of the Year). Upon his recommendatation, we did then went back to doing our research online. Steven was very patience in always taking my calls (or returning them promptly) and answering every question we had. He took the time on 3 different occasions to review all the safety and convenience features of the Passat. I ordered my car in August of 2011. Through the many months (6) that it took to receive the vehicle, Steve kept me updated on regular intervals, even it was to say that the dealership still had heard nothing from VW regarding delivery. Once the car was delivered, Steven took a good bit of time making sure it was perfect and that I understood everything I needed to really enjoy my new Passat. Of all the vehicles we have purchased, purchasing the Passat was the most frustrating (because of the long delivery and lack of information coming forth from VW); and the best (primarily because of Steven Hill). I never met Steven before our chance encounter the first day I walked onto the Pete Moore lot, but I hope to do business with him again. More

In the past, I have been involved with the purchase of several car. Most of the time I have had regretted it. Either feeling I got ripped off, with the cost of the car or my trade-in, or just unsatified w several car. Most of the time I have had regretted it. This time I feel as though I purchased a better vehicle than I went looking for, at a price I could accept. I even feel satisified with the amount I recieved for my trade in. I highly recommend Jimmy Minick. My husband and I have been searching for a Lincoln Town car. I was getting fed up with pushy, arrogant salesmen when we happened upon an ad for a Lincoln Town car availabl been searching for a Lincoln Town car. I was getting fed up with pushy, arrogant salesmen when we happened upon an ad for a Lincoln Town car available at Pete Moore. We decided to go look at it expecting a "ragged out" car based on the asking price, but who knows sometimes you find a diamond in the rough. This diamond was NOT "in the rough" it was everything we had been looking for--we thought we were going to have to by a new one to get what we wanted. As much as I love the car, I must say the service we received was better. Jimmy was extremely professional, courteous and best of all he has beautiful manners. He knows job, could answer questions and did everything he could to expedite the purchase process. During the dealer prep the oil was changed, they put gas in the car, the detailing people give us a very nice set of matching floor mats and a headlight was changed that was flickering. I called Jimmy the next day to let him know the headlight did not fix the problem, so he set up an appointment to have it fixed at Pete Moore's expense. I have never had another dealer treat me as such a valued customer. If this is Pete Moore's standard of care and they can find the Fords and Lincolns I want they will have a customer for life. More
