Service or lack there of.. I went in to get an alignment on my 2005 Chrysler 300 with 58,000 miles on it at Pete Moore Volkswagen. It was taken right back, but about an hour lat I went in to get an alignment on my 2005 Chrysler 300 with 58,000 miles on it at Pete Moore Volkswagen. It was taken right back, but about an hour later the service advisor came and told me the car will still pull just like it did before because it needed RF Inner and LF Outer tie rod ends and two new front tires.Then told me that I could go to the cashier to pay for the alignment. First of all, why did I have to pay for an alignment when the car is not aligned? OK, maybe tried to do an alignment (even though they shouldn't have because they were suppose to "Check steering, suspension and shocks. Check tie-rods and ball joints. Check tire pressure and inspect tires for cuts, damage, and uneven wear." Every other place I have been in the last 40 years would not do an alignment on a car that needed something done for the alignment to be effective. More

Mark was fantastic and even worked around my limited availability due to my hetic work schedule. He was also a great help in finding exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle and encouraged me to fill availability due to my hetic work schedule. I had brought my own financing which was considerablly higher with their interest rates. Jen found me a great interest rate through the dealership saving me hundreds of dollars in interest on my loan. She also gave me advice to help get an even better interest rate next time I purchase another vehicle. When I need to purchase another vehicle I plan to use this dealership in the future.
