Talking with Gabriel Ghesquiere(say that real fast three times) about the selection of cars they had in my price range and models I wanted to see. Upon arriving at the dealership Gab show me several vehicles that should interest me. We test drove the Jetta wagon,TDI. After telling him that I liked the wagon and asking him for some more info, which he provided in a short amount of time, he turned me over to Steve Beauchchamp. We haggled abit, which is part of the buying experience. He saw the mode I wanted and said lets get you into one of these wagons that can satisfy you needs, price range and one you feel safe driving. We looked at a 2014 Jetta wagon with a litte over 42,000 miles, being a diesel the milage did not bother me in the least. He checked with some staff and returned and said that it would be preowned certified(they have a great 127 point inspection. He took a brief walk and came back and said they were also going to do the 40,000 mile service also at no additional charge. Both of these services gave me a very good feeling for the service dept. and sales staff. I would return the next day to pick the vehicle home. Arriving the next day Steve he had spoken with the finance people and the paper work should be ready. Chatted with Steve some and he took myself and wife over and introduce up to Jenny. She had it all together and with a few signatures on the dotted lines we were ready to go, she was great and organized and she and my wife had some good dog stores. After leaving her office Steve got with me and my wife to make sure all was well and I thanked thanked him for making us feel like we were his neighbors.
