He made me feel welcome and the little things like picking me up from across the street at the other pete moore building while my other vehicle is in service made the whole process even more enjoyable. The sales manager made financing and paperwork easy and simple and she was a great person to work with. I enjoyed how straight forward she was. I never felt like I was pressured or being rushed. Chad took me around the lot to look at the vehicles that I asked about. I drove a few but nothing seemed to be “the one”. I owned a suburban for the last 15 years and could not replace it because the current price of the vehicle could not be justified to me. Chad asked me if I had ever considered a VW as an option. I had not, but I decided to look at them because I had not found anything I liked that I came out to look at. Not only was I surprised at the selection, but I have the same passenger room in my newly purchased Atlas as I did in my suburban. I have had this vehicle for over a month now and I absolutely love it. I am so glad Chad was so patient and honest with me during my visit to his dealership and I am even more happy that he introduced me to the VW Family. More
