He asked 3 or 4 questions and narrowed down what I wanted. He pulled around a car I had not looked at and it was beyond perfect! It had everything I wanted, even additions I hadn’t told him about. Everyone in the dealership was so friendly and treated us like family. We have worked with Mark before for my husbands Passat, he is the reason we can back. Jeff the manager and Josh in finance were amazing also! Josh gave us some exceptional credit and money management advice and worked with several lenders to get us the best value. I cannot express how pleased we are with our current and past experience. I will recommend this team to EVERYONE I can! Mark is a ROCK STAR!!! More

They went above and beyond to get me a great interest rate through a local credit union and were able to work with me to get my vehicle properly registered out of state. Horrible "After the sale" Customer Service I bought a new 2017 Jetta in September of 2017. From Day 1, the car has a very prominent and constant vibration/shake at highway speeds. Pete Moore I bought a new 2017 Jetta in September of 2017. From Day 1, the car has a very prominent and constant vibration/shake at highway speeds. Pete Moore changed the tires multiple times, changed the wheels, and re-balanced the tires multiple times (5-6 times) within the first 5,000 miles. This did not fix the vibration. The Sales Manager would not take to time for a conversation, whether it be by phone call or in person. The dealership would not return calls when messages were left. After multiple attempts, they had a VW rep state that the vehicle drove fine with no issues. It's been nine months and 28,000 miles. The car still has the same problem. Bottom line: After the sale, Pete Moore is not interested in ensuring you are satisfied and the vehicle has no issues. Irrelevant of their slogan, I can personally attest this does not happen. I would recommend you consider making your purchase at another dealership that will continue to consider you a valuable customer, even after they get your contract. More

Needed a new car ASAP and was taken care of! Mark helped me and my fianceé out a ton! He was able to work within our budget and even made sure that we could get a dependable car for us that inclu Mark helped me and my fianceé out a ton!
