The best car buying experience EVER!! I came to Pete Moore to look at a vehicle advertised online. Once at the dealership I realized that the car I came to see was not exactly the size that I was looking for. That was when Leo Page approached me, he introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. He then proceeded to dig into their inventory to find my perfect car. His recommendations covered all my needs and wants - now to decide which one. He helped me to narrow down the list and in the end he found me the perfect car. In all of my years of car buying, I have never had a sales person be so up front and honest with me. There was never a gimmicky sales pitch, no high pressure, no false promises, Leo was truly genuine. I worked with Leo Page in Sales and Aaron Eblen in Finance to get a great deal on a 2014 Jetta. Leo was was very accommodating in assuring the vehicle was ready for a test drive even though I arrived an hour before closing. He was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. I never felt any sales pressure and the team was very willing to negotiate with me to assure that I left with exactly what I wanted. I left with a voucher for a free tank of gas, an offer for a detail and floor mats--things I would have bought the car without but I was glad to accept. Leo even ended up assisting me at a gas pump down the road off the clock. I was in and out of there with a car I really wanted, at the price I was happy to pay, within an hour. I'd recommend this dealer and this team to anyone and will consider them in the future for any other needs. More

Next 2 VW vehicles were with a dealership out of Omaha, NE and they provided the best possible experience from sales to service. After moving to Pensacola in 2014, I had my routine services performed at Pete Moore VW. The staff was great. I do wish they provided a vacuum and car wash with each service like the Omaha location did. When it came time for a new car this month, I immediately decided on Pete Moore VW. I knew I would be in good hands, based on the experience I already had with them. I was out of town, but wanted to see what I could do in order to meet my needs with the car I wanted, along with the monthly payment. Mark Torelli walked me through everything and was always available. He treated me not only as a valuable customer, but as if he was dealing with a friend, and had my best interest in mind. He did not try to push me into something with higher payments by up-selling me, but literally took my concerns and needs to mind. He took care of all of the required needs in order to fit me into what I wanted, even with me being out of town. Upon my return, all I had to do is go in and sign my paperwork.... :) Aaron in finance was great, as well, and mindful of my time. They showed me all the new updates provided with the car (the 2016 Passat will blow your mind!) and made sure they answered any questions. They also made sure to remind me that they are always available, should I have any questions! I left feeling good about my purchase, and secure with knowing my VW dealership and service department will be there if and when I need them. More
