My experience last Thursday was incredibly disappointing. When I arrived for oil change, I was told the "tires guy" would check with me. David C. showed me measurements on tire tread and on alignment and tried, really hard, to sell me a set of Michelins. I asked him to go ahead and do the alignment and I would think about the tires. When my car was ready, they had not done the alignment. He walked over and when I asked him why he had not gotten the shop to do the alignment he sputtered but had no answer. I went elsewhere for the alignment and will also go elsewhere to buy a set of tires--I would prefer ntot to deal with a :tire guy: who is so amazingly unprofessioonal. Thank you. More

Brought car in for regular maintenance service. Moses was professional and courteous. A diagnosis on my car was provided to me in a decent timeframe. My visit to service my car was excellent. I had an appointment. The service advisor came outside to meet with me, assessed my needs and explained that me car would not take long to complete.
