coukd be better if loaner cars were provided for free My truck was in for recall, oil change and 10000 mile maintenance. I was on call for my job and could not wait at dealership. They didn't charge me! I'm traveling from So.California with my Highlander and small Casita trailer. I had an alarm going off and had finally decided it was my sonar bumper I'm traveling from So.California with my Highlander and small Casita trailer. I had an alarm going off and had finally decided it was my sonar bumper alarms. It was very annoying! The crew at Legacy checked it out for a few hours and could only suggest a cause (I added the sonar alarms at my dealership when I bought the SUV). They thought it had to do with the trailer weight on the SUV hitch which shifted the sonar range causing it to go off when their appeared to be no reason. They were unable to fix it so now it goes off now and then while towing the trailer..Oh well! My point is they flatly refused to charge me for their time and I like that. They were a great group of people who were concerned and tried to solve a problem not of their making even though they had a few hours of labor in it they took the high road. Thanks guys. More
