Cold1 It was a cold place. The people were not warm and friendly. It was like an assembly line. Do something move on. I dropped it off at 8:30. At around 11 It was a cold place. I waited a few minutes and called him again. Voice mail. Finally he called me back. Over 3 hours just to diagnose the issue. Way too long. More

Good experience The salesman was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure. I felt like they were very customer centered. I’m still not sure of everything I signed and I have a call into him for an explanation of a $2,045 charge that I don’t know (or can’t remember) what it is for. More

Not so good. Service rep very helpful when I arrived at appt. However the same issues that I have previously had still exists. Receptionist/scheduler was told I wanted 30,000 mile service. I received email confirming "oil change, rotate tires and txm basic. When I called for clarification I was transferred to a number that told me that person wasn't available and ended the call. I did a reply email and still have not had a response to my concerns but have received 4 unsolicited annoying emails from people at legacy. More
