He took the time to explain the features of the cars available and once the decision was made he kept us informed about the process as we waited for our car to arrive. He was fair in his negotiations and understood our position as we moved towards the car and price we could afford. The Finance Department did a fine job of walking us through the process and working to get us a competitive rate. The last person we saw as we drove away was JR Peet with a smile and request that we call if we have any issues or questions. One of the best experiences I have ever had.
