At the appointed time I take it in, go up to the VIP lounge and they call when it is ready. Always an excellent job. We bought the car from JR Peet after meeting him on a flight from Los Angeles with his family. Service department I dealt with Charles. I had set up an appointment the day before and when I arrived Charles was there to meet me and get the information he needed to I dealt with Charles.
