They appear to be working a common scam of not paying in order to decrease the value of the trade-in. More

Our salesman was a very nice young man called Josh, he was very helpful on finding a car we wanted. There were two separate closing agents, and they were both informative and generally helpful. The fi was very helpful on finding a car we wanted. There were two separate closing agents, and they were both informative and generally helpful. The first agent Tom moved on the price of the car, to help make the sale and the second agent presented yet anther service option. The premium coverage for 7 yrs or 100,000 miles. There is nothing wrong with this, however you are then locked in to have all service performed at the dealership, for at least the first seven years of ownership (we drive less than 10,000 miles per year). If you have a shop that you normally do business with that you like, you probably won't want the added coverage from the dealer. My only criticism is they do not mention the base coverage that Toyota provides at all, simply saying you have no coverage on the car from the dealership, leaving the base coverage from Toyota unmentioned More
