The Best Car Buying Experience I had called Legacy sometime in July and did not get much help over the phone with questions and pricing for a Toyota Prius Five. My girlfriend had been in twice to test drive Prius Model Two and Fives. She told them she was only looking and not buying. She felt they were no interested. One salesman pushed her off to another salesperson. We were both looking at Prius models in Albany, Newnan, and Thomasville. I knew I was not going to buy a car at Legacy Toyota. I came upon a car at Legacy through Toyota.com. I called and spoke to Meghan Brasher who was exceptionally nice and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a few salesmen who told me to go to the front desk to have Meghan paged. I ran into Julian Weaver who introduced himself and walked me over to the customer service desk to find Meghan. I was told Meghan had left for the day. However, she did show up at our scheduled appointment and found me to make sure I was in good hands. Julian proceeded to help me with the car I was there to test drive. He was the most knowledgeable person on the Prius that I had spoken to at any Toyota dealership so far. He put me in touch with Vinnie Vierbickas who came out and spoke with us and made us very comfortable. He was very upfront and honest about what he could and could not do. I explained what I was looking for and Vinnie made it happen or very close to what I was looking for. I felt it was a very fair price for the Prius and for my trade in. Both Julian and Vinnie were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have been and will be telling everyone about these two. I will instruct everyone to only deal with these two helpful people. Vinnie came out a few times to speak with us. It was very refreshing since most sales managers are behind a desk and send the salesman back and forth with ridiculous and sometimes insulting offers. Having bought many cars before I dreaded the finance portion, even though Vinnie assured me I would be under 3% on the interest rate. Kelly Kaye was very friendly, organized, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. My experience on 08/15/14 was excellent from start to finish. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to a great staff. More

So working 5 days a week I needed a reliable vehicle to get to and from work. I did intensive research for an affordable and reliable vehicle for about 6 months. I came to the conclusion that a Toyota would suit my life style needs and budget. I was very anxious walking into the dealership I heard horror stories about how ruthless sales men can be. And to my surprise I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, who directed me to Morgan who I made an appointment with. Morgan found me a salesmen within a few seconds. And that's the moment I met the man that would change my life...Mr J.J. Jones or like he would say Call me Double J Jones...lol.... His approach was friendly, professional and humorous, he made me feel comfortable. He listened very carefully and was genuinely kindhearted. We went through a few affordable options and test drove a few cars. He educated me fully on each car. I feel in love with a Black Pearl Toyota Camry. He worked extremely hard and went above and beyond his expectation to get me a deal that I was comfortable paying. There was an Italian Jazz Musician with a Barry White voice who was also very helpful, I truly regret that forgot his name. Then I meet a beautiful, educated and very professional woman named Mrs. Kelly. She had a great spirit about her. She was sweet and very helpful. She really put me at peace with my decision and reassured me about my deal. Because of her the paperwork and contract signing went smoothly. Before I walked out the building I met Phil Sollecito the General Sales Manager who thanked me for my service and walked me out the door. He was also very kind and sweet. Mr. Jones helped me go through the electronic gadget details of my car a how to use them. Once I was set up he also thank me for my services and greeted me out. I drove off happy and very satisfied with my experience. Choosing Legacy Toyota was an experience of a life time that I will always remember. I highly recommend Legacy Toyota for for anyone looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle. The staff is friendly and your truly GOING TO LOVE THIS PLACE...and the Vip Waiting Room is amazing!!! Alan Blackburn is always courteous and never hesitates to communicate with me on all my repairs. He let me know about a recall that was performed also. It is hard to find a service writer/representative these days that doesn't take the customer for granted. He is always attentive and professional to my requests and questions on my Tundra and that is why I always want him to take care of me. He is truly an asset for Legacy Toyota and one of a kind.
