Then you put limits requiring me to write more than 25 words. However that is better than most surveys which do the opposite restrict one to less than a given number usually without telling you until you run out of space. I don't remember people's names I have only met once. Never have, my career would have been much different if I had been able to do so. Now that I am writing. Except for the first time I came in for service in my FRS the experience has been great. The first time I had not been entered into the computer, so the service tech thought I was coming from some other dealer, since then everything has been excellent. However, having worked for a car dealer in the past the true test comes when my FRS needs something major to be done. I no longer buy Fords even though I think they make good cars because the dealer failed several times fixing problems. The first car was a warranty repair which took the dealer three times to get right and the second time on a different vehicle was a clutch replacement which they screwed up twice. Most dealers often underestimate the knowledge of the customer. I worked on my own cars for decades until I got too busy at work and had no access to a rack. I also rebuild race cars for several years and worked for a VW dealer assisting the engine rebuild German mechanic. So far I am being cautiously optimistic relative to Legacy and am hoping for a long term positive relationship. More

I came for my first oil change and everyone who helped me was incredibly friendly and efficient. They told me I would have to wait for about an hour and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. First, let me say, I had just started out looking for a newer vehicle on Legacy Toyota's website. When I inquired about a vehicle, Meghan Brasher contacted me and made an appointment for a test drive. Sh newer vehicle on Legacy Toyota's website. When I inquired about a vehicle, Meghan Brasher contacted me and made an appointment for a test drive. She was never pushy and just an absolute joy with all follow-ups! When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Tony Dalton, and I advised him of my appointment. He took me over to the Scion, and went for the test drive. I loved the Scion and everything about it, but I felt that I should explore other options before making a final decision. Tony then showed a few other vehicles; then went inside to talk numbers and options. I felt that I needed to take some time to think things through and advised him that I would let him know. He was very patient and professional, and I never felt pressured into making a rash decision. I returned to the dealership 2 days later, and again, was greeted by Tony. I was advised that the Scion was no longer available, but he did have a couple of options for me to look at. I choose the 2011 Toyota Camry, which by the way, is absolutely beautiful! At that point, he introduced me to Demarcus Akins for the paperwork portion. Demarcus, just like Tony, was patient and professional, as I was their last customer, and it was after hours. Both stayed late to finish with no groaning, and that says a lot about their character and work ethic. After all was said and done, I feel that I made the best choice in vehicle. Tony is one of the few salesmen that I have EVER met that treats customers they way that they want to be treated, and not push for a decision. He was patient and attentive, and quick with answers to my questions, all with a friendly demeanor. Demarcus was very quick, but professional, in going through the paperwork process, and made me feel content in my decision. I will definitely be spreading the word about Legacy Toyota and their fabulous customer service! More
