Moses Brown was very courteous and helpful. He greeted me very well by asking what are we having done today on your vehicle. I told him exactly what I needed. This is our second vehicle purchased from Legacy Toyota, we purchased an Avalon for our first vehicle and decided that we needed a truck because of the road we live on, we went back into Legacy and met Juli we purchased an Avalon for our first vehicle and decided that we needed a truck because of the road we live on, we went back into Legacy and met Julian Weaver and he was a jewel to work with, my husband knew Allen Blackburn and chose him as our Service Advisor and he has been wonderful to work with. This visit was the third time that I had brought my vehicle in for the same problem - doors not locking all the time. The first time that I brought my car in when it started not locking all the time, vehicle in for the same problem - doors not locking all the time. The first time that I brought my car in when it started not locking all the time, when the service tech tried to lock the vehicle, it did lock. I was told that I had to bring in the car when it was not locking or else they would not be able to tell what the problem was. I brought my vehhicle in a second time when it started to not work and, again, it worked for the technician and I was told the same thing - to bring it back in when it was not working. I got frustrated because each time that it stopped working and I took it in, it worked for the technicians (as the problem was very sporadic). The vehicle started not locking more and more. I was getting very frustrated because I could never tell when it would not lock and sometimes I had things in my vehicle that I could not leave unlocked. Finally, I decided that I would bring it in a third time and tell the tech that I wanted to leave it for a day and have them try it throughout the day to see if they could recreate the problem. During these attempts by the technician, it did not lock for them as well and it was determined what the problem was and it has supposedly been fixed. Chuck worked with the techs to get my problem resolved and I am happy that I will now be able to know that I will be able to lock my car consistently. I only wish that when I made my first two visits to your Service Department that the techs had suggested that I leave my vehicle so that they could try and recreate the problem since it was locking each time I brought it it. It took me asking for that to be done. More

Everyone at Legacy is always helpful and go out of their way to assist me in maintaining my vehicle. I love the VIP lounge when doing routine maintenance but used the shuttle this time as I had some major r way to assist me in maintaining my vehicle.
