We had been at the Ford dealership and did not appreciate the way they put pressure on us and we were not really "kept in the loop". particular day. We decided to go to Toyota to just "see" what was available and try one of the cars --as we had never owned a Toyota. We really liked the manner in which we were treated -- no pressure. "Let's just look and see what you think" was what Ellis stressed. We really liked the car we did a test drive in and we liked the way that they knew just what we could possibly "get into" with our given finances. We were all on the same page. Everyone that worked on the deal was fantastic and Ellis was very helpful, friendly and honest. More

The car was serviced two days earlier. The next day a vacuum hose came off and the check engine light came on.
