It was a real treat to work with Terrence. It started with one question.. What color car would you like? He went straight to the preferred color but the interior color wasn't right. Mr. Demarcus Akins was extremely helpful during my entire buying process. I must confess I was extremely indecisive and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision - so, my buying process took well o buying process. I must confess I was extremely indecisive and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision - so, my buying process took well over three months - and each time I met with Mr. Akins, he was never pushy or overbearing, but quite the contrary - he was patient and understanding. He most definitely far exceeded my expectations and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is to be commended. Initially, I was hesitant with buying a new vehicle - not sure what to expect, whether I would get a good deal or not, or be taken advantage of, because I am not too knowledgeable in the car buying arena. However, Mr. Akins made me feel as if he was more concerned with finding the right car for me and my daughter, instead of simply earning a commission on another sale. Even after I purchased the vehicle, any concern I had, whether it was a minor windshield wiper noise or a question about the warranty, Mr. Akins was always available to take my calls and assist whenever needed. Even though I believed once I purchased the car, the deal was done, Mr. Akins assured me that he would continue to provide excellent customer service by being available to answer any questions I may have, and he kept his promise.
