We went to Toyota to buy a used car – our previous car broke down suddenly and the repairing was very expensive. We checked some dealers online to see any car within our budget. We called Toyota to see whether they could pick-up us. Toyota sent Dee Patel to pick up us. Dee has a lot of patience in dealing with customer – I must say. From my first experience with test driving there, he got an idea what kind of car I was looking for and that made the selection much easier for both of us as there were a huge number of used cars ready for sell. From 12:30 pm to the end of the day he spent the whole time with us showing 5-6 different cars, gave us few options, discussed pros and cons of each of them as per as our choice, expectations, and maintenance were concerned, before taking any our decision. He did not want us to rush into anything that I did not want. It was simply an excellent experience for dealing with him. When I discussed this experience with my co-workers, they were really impressed about the treatment we received there. In the end we bought the Camry. Dee was an excellent sales consultant. He did a very good Job explaining to us about how to use it as it was our first Toyota. As a person he is very nice and friendly. Moreover, the relationship with him does not end with the buying – We went to the service shop later, he arranged the appointment for us and even came to meet us personally to make sure if we’ve been taken care off. In short he is a good trust-able guy. We highly recommend Dee to anyone interested in a new or used car. More

A few months ago, we entered your place of business with the intention of having our old Prius repaired. Not only did Laurie sell us a car, but she has been in touch with us since. Shortly after the sale, she sent a note thanking us for letting her help us, etc. Yesterday, we received a Christmas card and note from her, and it reminded us of how grateful we were to have her as our salesperson. I went to Toyota just car shopping, not even sure if I wanted one or not. My original car of interest was a Sonata. But my mother told me to shop around first before just jumping into a commitment. I visited Hyundai and Honda before making my rounds to Toyota, and each deal sounded better than the last. Each time I was ready to drive away in the car that day, because that's how each salesperson pitched it to me. But not Dee Patel. Of course, he wanted me to buy from him, but he also wanted to make sure that I made the best choice for myself. He did not try to rush me or con me into buying a car from him immediately off impulse. He simply gave me a few options and let me make my own decision. He did not want me to rush into anything that I did not want, so he told me to take a few days and look around at different cars at different dealerships and come back if I was sure that that's what I wanted. In the end, I ended up coming back to lease the 2012 Camry and everyday I love it more. I feel like I made a great decision, and the more I end up loving my car, the more I end up loving Dee for helping and allowing me to make such a great decision. More

I recently walked into the lobby at my local Legacy Toyota dealership with the mind to trade my car in. I immediately was approached by Ryan Boatwright. He was very friendly, polite and respectful. He took his time to answer all of my questions correctly even if he had to ask some one. I like to ask questions and feel that i know everything there is to know before making such a large life impacting decision. He made me feel as if i had done so and made me comfortable with the decision to trade my car in. We test drove the vehicle i decided on and usually test drives and sort of awkward but it wasn't with Ryan. It was like driving down the road minding my own business than carting around a random stranger whose only interest is selling me a car whether i need it, like it or not. Ralph Moss has also been a very friendly gentlemen towards me whenever i cross his path at Toyota. He carefully answers my questions regaurdless of how extreme the given scenario was. He comes off as very honest and down to earth. As i find many of your Toyota workers to be. As mentioned previously im always full of questions so of course it did not stop with the car salesmen. I traveled to the Service area and i spoke to the Express Lube manager Amber Norris who was very polite, friendly and respectful. She as well answered all of my questions and made me feel more comfortable with my decision of buying a car from Legacy Toyota. From this one experience at Legacy i feel very welcomed there. I tell everyone i know to visit you guys for vehicles. When i am in public and i see workers from Toyota they recognize me and speak to me. It makes me feel good and i send everyone your way in exchange for the random friendships that have come to me from the decision i made to visit Toyota that day. My suggestion to the dealership would be to make sure that at ALL COSTS NECESSARY, KEEP Ryan Boatwright, Ralph Moss and Amber Norris. It is without doubt that they keep your business running and your customers returning. I will always return to Toyota and send my friends and family as long as your employees handle things and make me feel the way that those great workers have. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful experience. I will say that i am disgusted by Tallahassee Dodge. I will never purchase from them. They are rude, inconsiderate and down right annoying.
