Arrogant and condescending, The first experience with their attitude led me to lease my BMW M340 at East bay dealership (significantly far from my house), but at lower price and friendly staff. I return their attitude led me to lease my BMW M340 at East bay dealership (significantly far from my house), but at lower price and friendly staff. I returned the leased car there (getting no credit verses other places) and their attitude pushed me away from BMW brand. (I now drive Jag F-pace, love it). I do want to recommend the dealership manager that personally called me to apologies for my experience, maybe there is hope… More
