The seal around my glass was broken so they were able to install the glass the very next day. While I l brought my truck specifically for that to be fixed, my heating element on the passenger back seat never worked. I bought my truck used. So they were able to install that inside the seat and had to remove the underside upholstery. You cannot even tell the upholstery was even disturbed. It looks exactly like it did new.
