I am also pleased that I was able to purchase the car in one day and that I did not have to make a return visit---I arrived at 11:00am, made the deal by 1:00pm, I went to the bank in the afternoon and the car was ready by 5:30pm. She made herself available at our convenience on multiple occasions, as we traveled some distance to shop there. Alex made me feel comfortable as we spoke of what I was looking for and when I took a car for a test drive. I ended up having my heart set on Mulberry HRV and she made it happen! Being a pretty low-tech person, I probably needed more guidance than most with all of the features on the vehicle. But Alex patiently guided me thru it all.
