He helped us deal with a very difficult insurance adjuster to repair damage done to the electronics in our navigation system after we hit department. What a waste of time. 2 hours. I took it in for an inspection and I had no issues the year before. Waited 5 minutes in the car before I was checked in. I waited and hour 2 hours. I waited and hour and a half and had to go find and ask the rep to find out what was what was going on. She had to go out back to get info. Said the tech was waiting to see if I have a part for something that worked fine as far as I know. Window controls were "sticky". No sticker and return trip. Have to wait a week for courtesy car. I am looking for a new car but not here More
