From our initial visit to the dealership when we spoke with Thoma....to his follow up phone calls and emails detailing and explaining the dealership offer......to the return visit to complete the transition, Thoma was most congenial, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, kind and thoughtful, and we could not have been more satisfied with our experience. Knowledgable Maintenance Besides routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment) which they do well, I was concerned about brake safety. When I step on the brake with my big foot I sometimes catch the gas pedal with the shoe edge, so I was afraid in an emergency stop (pushing the brake pedal hard) I might accidentally accelerate by mistake. After checking my brakes to make sure everything was ok, the service technician explained that my 2017 Accord has a smart computer and it does not matter if I step on the brake-and-gas because the computer disables the gas pedal when stepping on the brake at speeds over 15 mph. And -- great service Peters Honda has -- the technician drove with me in the parking lot (each of us driving and braking) to assure me all was well. Super service! More

Excellent Service and an Honest Deal I bought my first 'new' car in almost 20 years! The sales agent Brandon Kent welcomed me and was very polite and friendly. He showed me around and we I bought my first 'new' car in almost 20 years! The sales agent Brandon Kent welcomed me and was very polite and friendly. He showed me around and we found several cars that fit my style and budget. I chose the 2015 Honda Civic. It had low miles and the price was right! Jon Koresky in finance was very personable and worked the numbers to get my payments in line with what I wanted, even after adding a few 'extras' - I got the extended warranty, tire & wheel protection, the dent protection, and interior/exterior protection packages. This is all on top of the engine and powertrain warranty that this dealership offers.
