Lousy experience all around. I bought a new 2018 Honda Accord two months ago. It is the 1.5T and bought from Autofair. A couple of weeks ago I broke the screen on my cell phone an I bought a new 2018 Honda Accord two months ago. It is the 1.5T and bought from Autofair. A couple of weeks ago I broke the screen on my cell phone and was in Nashua so I went to Batteries Plus and Amherst st. They told me it was going to take 40 mins or so to fix so I decided to take a walk across the street to Peters Honda to browse around and kill time. I was looking at the Accords when I was approached by a passing salesman. Explained I regretted not looking harder at the Sport model before I decided to buy. Asked me if I wanted to drive it and I said why not. The salesman named Ron Stella declined to go on the test drive with me, instead he turned and started to walk away after he handed me the keys and said don't be long. He went and sat at a round customer table and opened his news paper. I took the car for a brief ride and fell head over heels in love with it. I should have purchased this to begin with. This was the 2.0 Turbo Sport Accord, like night and day from the one I just bought. I got back to the dealer and walked around the car a bit and saw Ron was still sitting at the table reading the paper. I approached him and told him I was impressed with the car and told him I would be curious to know what the numbers would look like. I took a brochure and left. Ron stayed in his seat and couldn't really be bothered to acknowledge me. After I left the dealership on Thursday I called back over to Ron and asked him to run the numbers on my car and the new car and see where we would be. Friday he called me to tell me what they came up with for numbers and it was a low ball offer for my brand new car I would be trading in. Ron said he would talk to the sales manager and call me back that afternoon. I asked him for 500.00 more on my trade then they were offering. That night he called briefly and said he would call me as soon as he talked to them and not had a chance to yet. Saturday went by and nothing, I called and left him a message, Sunday nothing, Monday nothing, sent him email and left vm and sent text message. No return anything. Called the dealership and asked for the sales manager and they gave me voice mail to Anne Plourde, left her a detailed message requesting call back and never heard back. From moment one I got a bad vibe from this sales guy and I had even mentioned in email that I was a serious buyer and looking to make this happen and felt as though he wasn't taking me serious enough to sell me a car. I decided to reach out to my sales person over at Autofair and told them the numbers of what I was looking for and without any argument they said sure no problem when do you want to pick up the car and what color do you want? So I got in my car and told them I would be in and they came in on their day off to deliver me my car at the dealership. On my way over I received a call from Ron over at Peters who claimed he didn't even get to speak to the person he was supposed to about this but said that there was no way they were going to move anymore on the numbers and that was the bottom line and dismissed me off like I was wasting his time. I explained to him that I was all set at this point and on my way to pick up my new car. He changed his tone to a more condescending one and told me to enjoy my new purchase. I was very unhappy with the treatment from this dealership and salesman. I ignored the reviews I had read prior to agreeing to a purchase with them and was enticed by their lifetime power train warranty which I have later learned is non all inclusive and specified. The reviews all over the internet for Peter's are horrible and you can read for yourselves without taking my word for it. I have bought now 4 brand new Honda's from Autofair and I must say I would rather not go anywhere else. Peters you lost a lifetime Honda customer. More
