Positive Experience I had been shopping for days for an economic car for my college aged son. Much like everyone else, I found a lot of pressure to purchase a car, even t I had been shopping for days for an economic car for my college aged son. Much like everyone else, I found a lot of pressure to purchase a car, even though it didn’t fit my needs. It was all about making their numbers at every place I visited. Needless to say, I walked out of as many doors as I’d entered. Then I saw a commercial with that lady singing that little jingle at the end. I’d heard it a million times before. I was in the Nashua area and made a choice to visit the shop. As I walked into the door, I was greeted by Paul Morrison. I have to admit I was apprehensive at first based on my experiences with previous dealerships. That quickly changed with the professionalism of Paul. He made it simple by first finding out what the car needed for options, and he never made any attempts to push the sales tactics we are all accustomed to. He took my needs list, compared it to his inventory, and that was that. He was honest and straightforward. Fortunately we were able to come to an agreement on a car that matched both our needs and made financial sense. I was so impressed with my experience that I requested to speak with his boss personally to share my positive experience, and remind him of what a professional he has on his team. Everybody is so quick to squawk about a bad experience, but never takes a moment to provide positive experience feedback to the ones who need to hear it. I’ll be in the market against n soon for my other son, and will most definitely give Paul a call to make another deal. Peters of Nashua is a clean dealership, and appear to have a team that puts people ahead of the less important things, such as sales volume. Thanks, Paul. Another Great Experience at Peters This is our third car from Peters Honda in Nashua. The previous experiences have been just fine, however today’s experience was even better. We had the absolute pleasure of running into Paul Morrison as soon as we pulled in. He immediately greeted us and we started talking about what we were looking for. Paul created such a positive buying experience for us, from sharing his Honda knowledge, to personal experience to humor. I will absolutely look for Paul again when the time comes to purchase another vehicle. After deciding on the vehicle, we met with Wayne L., a business manager, where we had another positive experience. Wayne was familiar with the add ons that we had purchased previously and had all the docs ready when we went in. I think we spent more time talking about personal experiences than going over the financing! All in all a simply fantastic experience at Peters. There is no big box, loud feel here, the sales people that we have had, have all been pleasant and personable; making you feel as if you are their primary focus and concern. We will absolutely be shopping here again (and hopefully working with Paul) in the future. More
