THE dealership that ALL others should be measured against! We were looking for a new Honda Civic or Accord and had visited a couple of other dealerships in the area. When I walked in I noticed a young woman w We were looking for a new Honda Civic or Accord and had visited a couple of other dealerships in the area. When I walked in I noticed a young woman working with a couple. She was in the process of handing them a printout of a comparison between a Honda and a competitor. In less than a minute she was done, thanked them and rose to say goodbye. I made my decision right then and there that she would be our salesperson and her name is Alex. Alex was courteous, informative, and REAL. We were able to converse about OUR needs and what kind of car WE were looking for without being steered toward something else or dealing with a salesperson's agenda. We test drove the car and instantly loved the ride and all the features. We came back and Alex spent as much time as we need to go over EVERY aspect, function and nuance of the 2017 Civic LX. The process continued as we told her we are considering buying a used Honda as well. Again, Alex provided all the information and "ammunition" for us to make the right decision. We met with Steve, the Sales Manager who helped with a smooth and quick process to purchase both vehicles in a timely fashion. When we came back the next day, Alex and Steve had everything organized and easy to review. At this point it was time to work with Pam, the Finance person. Having good credit obviously makes the financial process got smoothly but was the case with Alex and Steve, Pam was personable and a delight to work with! We were shown certain maintenance options in an easy-to-understand and orderly manner and set up a solid Peters Service maintenance plan for the Civic. Once the paperwork was signed, we had some final contact with Alex and Steve, we were handed sets of car keys and drove both the Accord LX and Civic LX home! One final bit of information: Since we had driven one of our existing cars to the dealership, we were going to have to drive back together and retrieve our existing car. Noticing this, and without hesitation, Alex offered to drive one of the two purchased cars to save us an extra trip. I cannot remember a more pleasant and yes, HAPPY experience in buying a car(s)!
