They had no problem holding the car for me until I was able to fly out and pick it up. Alex kept in constant contact and kept me informed with everything I would need when it was time to make the trek out to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived everyone knew I was the man picking up the Golf R and I was greeted at the door with a smile. The process went extremely smoothly and they had me on my way in no time. Kim Richards & team gave 110% Kim Richards, the salesperson I met with, was terrific. I knew the vehicle I wanted and just wanted to take it on a test drive and then get her lowes Kim Richards, the salesperson I met with, was terrific. I knew the vehicle I wanted and just wanted to take it on a test drive and then get her lowest price. I explained I didn't have time to go back and forth between dealers and just needed each to give me their best price and that I would then make an on-the-spot decision as to which dealer to go with. Kim didn't play games with me and gave me a competitive bid and so got my sale. However, I didn't realize how much time was involved in then completing all that needed to be done to get in my new car and drive it home. The afternoon was getting on, and due to cataracts I can't drive after dark. When I told Kim this, she and the rest of the Peters Honda team really "put on the gas" and helped get me out the door and on my way home in record time. I appreciate this extra effort on their part, as it would have been several days before I could pick up my new car if I'd hadn't been able to drive it home that day. More
