My salesperson Brandon was very patient and helpful finding me the exact color and trim I wanted. Brandon located the car at another dealership made sure it was shipped to them as soon as possible. Brandon was easy to work with and negotiations were fair with my trade in. I did research to make sure I was getting a fair deal. Brandon listened to needs for the accessories I wanted and had them installed and prior to taking my new car home. He made sure I was truly comfortable in my new purchase. More
Excellent experience I had a deal all worked out with another Honda Dealer, but they refused to hold the car I wanted over the weekend. Peters (Ron H.) ended up getting me I had a deal all worked out with another Honda Dealer, but they refused to hold the car I wanted over the weekend. Peters (Ron H.) ended up getting me a better deal, it was pleasure to deal with him and the Honda sales manager Steve. After taking delivery I returned a few days later got my sticker and the car washed and could not be happier! I have no reservations at all about sending friends and family to Peters of Nashua! More

This last purchase Toma Ilo was able to help answering all of our questions and test driving of vehicles, he was great at keeping the lines of communication open and keeping us posted on the status of the car . Working with the finance lady who was temping was fantastic. Both were very thorough with making sure all of our questions were answered.Sonja was great at helping setup the special features in the car. I was straight forward with what I wanted and Brandon made it happen. He made the whole process from start to finish stress-free. I was worried about my trade in and staying within my budget but they worked with me so I could get the car I wanted. Brandon and the finance manager Matt were so helpful and answered all my questions. Brandon even helped me sync my phone and showed me how to use all the gadgets in my car. Awesome experience, professional dealership and quality service. Highly recommend. More

This last e I've been doing business with Peters Honda for approx 30 years now. I've purchased two vehicles from them and used their service on a 3rd. This last experience, I worked with a salesman, Doug Carrier and found the entire experience low pressure, informative and very smooth. I went in on Saturday just to try out a CR-V and drove home with the auto on Monday. I strongly recommend this dealer. More

Parts Dept. Is Not Customer Friendly I've bought many Honda parts here and from Bernardi Honda's online dept. over the years. They are for servicing a 2003 CR-V and 2006 Pilot, both purch I've bought many Honda parts here and from Bernardi Honda's online dept. over the years. They are for servicing a 2003 CR-V and 2006 Pilot, both purchased at Peter's from Bob Bozak (great guy, sorry he retired). I do my own service, along with my son who is an ASE Certified Master Tech. Several years ago, I found the parts people to be friendly and willing to work with me on pricing. They usually would at least match the Bernardi price after including shipping. Now the parts dept. acts like they're doing you a favor to even wait on you and forget about getting a good discount. They even make you prepay for ordered parts. Their "list prices" are even higher than the list at online Honda OEM dealers. I now wait until I need several parts or fluids and buy online for better pricing. I know any business needs to make a profit, but since I work at a large auto parts retail chain (prefer OEM parts for my Hondas) and understand the huge markup on parts to the retail customer, I'm very disappointed that Peter's won't work with a good customer. More
