FRUSTRATING purchase of new Civic with broken radio system Two days after our purchase of a brand new Civic, the radio/Bluetooth system would not work at all. The Sales Department was useless in helping us wit Two days after our purchase of a brand new Civic, the radio/Bluetooth system would not work at all. The Sales Department was useless in helping us with this issue. We requested that Peters replace the car but Brandon and Andre told us they couldn't do that. Brandon told us that sometimes the cars are a dud. They told us to contact the service department and that we should call Honda America. Peters Service department attempted to fix it twice but the radio/Bluetooth system is still frozen and will not work. Because of the trouble with this car, we decided to cancel the extended warranty. Steve, a team leader, was quite rude when he found out this was what we planned to do. Our call to the General Manager has not been returned. We were so excited to be buying a new car but unfortunately our experience with Peters and Honda America has been and continues to be extremely frustrating. What should have been a wonderful experience has turned in to a nightmare. We are now stuck with a car that does not work through no fault of our own. More

Tom went over the 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-T with us in great detail and answered all our questions. We went for a nice drive in the vehicle. The whole knowledge exchange and interactive experience was fun; Tom is very personable, easy to talk to, helpful and patient. We enjoyed this part very much. There was no high-pressure sales effort like we experienced elsewhere. Admittedly, the '17 Ridgeline is in demand and supply is limited so the sales situation is different than with a Civic. Tom was upfront and clear that there were no incentives and no discounts on this vehicle. That's business. With a vehicle in short supply, if you snooze, you lose because there's someone standing right behind you ready to snap it up. Once it was "go" time, I was impressed with how quickly the process went. We didn't expect to leave that evening with the vehicle but folks stayed late to make it happen. Thanks Tom and Matt for cranking through the process and making this a very enjoyable experience. More

My husband and I stopped into Peters of Nashua regarding the advertising we saw about turning your lease in early. We love the CRV and thought about purchasing it at the end of the lease. We met Matthew Benson, Honda Product Specialist when we arrived and told him our situation and possible intent. He had us test drive a 2016 Honda CRV and explained to us the changes that the 2016 has from the 2014. We were impressed with the car but found a shimmy while driving. When we arrived back at the dealership he immediately got another 2016 Honda CRV and again we did a test drive. It was a different model with the driving experience a bit different. After sitting down and reviewing the test drive, Matthew arranged to have the first car we test drove to be checked over and have it available for us to come back the following day to drive it again, which we readily agreed. We returned the next day and found Matthew waiting for us by the door, we test drove the car again and the shimmy was gone. We signed a new 36 month lease with no delay with Matthew Atherton and could not have been more delighted with the service by both Matthew's and the staff at Peters Honda. Matthew Benson was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and approachable. For a young man so new to the industry he holds a great future in the service industry with his people skills. A positive and pleasant experience all the way around! Our years of experience with Peters Honda keeps us returning and recommending them to our friends. More

I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic EX-L and my car buying experience was smooth sailing. With Alex, I always felt as though I was up to date with the status of my car, I never had to reach out to find out when my car would be ready; I felt as though I came first. When it was time to pick up my car, I had paperwork troubles a few hours earlier. Alex stepped right in, worked her magic and made it all happen within the hour; that devotion is hard to come by. She constantly texted me status updates, car photos, etc. Alex took the car buying journey with me, being just as excited as I was along the way.
