We wanted to test drive a few more makes/models sold at other dealerships and told Chris we would get back to him the next day. Chris was professional and completely understanding of our need to want to make the right decision for our family. The next day Chris followed up with us to see if we had any questions, etc. We ended up purchasing one of the cars we test drove with Chris. Chris walked us through the financing process, waited for us to meet with the finance manager, and then walked us through how to set up the blue tooth device in the car. Great service. She followed up with me the next day, as expected, but when told her something had come up (it did) and that I didn't have time to look at that point, she left me alone. When I was ready to purchase, I contacted her, drove right up and bought a car. She was never pushy, and felt more like a friend helping me purchase a car. To be honest, I'm not sure if I would have made the trip if she wasn't there. I also had a great time with Pam Crocker signing a million papers for financing. :) She had just right mixture of business and humor that it was (almost) painless :) More
