My husband and I worked with James Lathbury and he was extremely helpful from the very beginning. James took us out to test drive the Pilot and was both knowledgeable and friendly, and was not overbearing. From the time we test drove, to when we took the car home took less than a week, and that was with James finding the Pilot in the coloring we wanted and getting it to the dealership. I felt that the trade in for my car was on the low side, but did not have the stomach to put a private" for sale" sign on it. The car so far exceeds my expectations. I have not had any issues, therefore I cannot speak to the service aspect of this dealership. They seem very honorable on the whole.; I did not fear being taken advantage of. More
