She never pushed us to any vehicle we were not interested in. We found a great black CR-V. Deciding to try this vehicle, we took it out for a ride and I was impressed with the cleanliness, and the comfort and the many features this Honda has. We want to say that Kim Richards was awesome in her ability and kindness toward us. I am enjoying my purchase very much so far, and would recommend Peters Auto as a great place to begin a search for pre-owned vehicles. We went in with a bit of a chip on our shoulders after the awful experience we had in Westford, however we quickly realized that this was a completely different kind of dealership. Not only was Doug knowledgeable, fair and courteous, but he didn't play the ridiculous games of having various managers come out, one after another, to play the haggling game. We told him what we were looking for and what price we had to be at and he worked with our needs to find the perfect vehicle. We couldn't be happier. He found me the car i wanted, in the color very quickly. Finance went over all of the loan details and again great experience. Once everything was all set and we then spoke to manager Steve Eosue who was also a pleasure to deal with.
