Awesome Car Buying Experience!!!! We researched the used car inventory, and there were several cars we liked. Our 1st choice was a 2012 Kia Optima, and the price was excellent fo We researched the used car inventory, and there were several cars we liked. Our 1st choice was a 2012 Kia Optima, and the price was excellent for this vehicle with super low mileage. Also there was a 2012 Toyota Camry, and a 2012 Toyota Avalon, all low mileage cars with very fair prices. It was on a Sunday, 02/08/2015, and a snow storm was pending. It was late when I e-mailed the dealership about the cars. He e-mailed me back very quickly and wanted to know what time we could make it. I said 4-4:30. That was fine with them, they'd have the cars ready!! I was surprised because it was late,but they were open until 6PM. My husband said OK, let's go!! We met with Richard Roy when we arrived. He knew just what we were looking for, and the first car he brought up was the Toyota Camry. It was all over then!! We both loved the Camry, especially me!! Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the Camry and answered everything my husband wanted to know about this car. We took it for a ride and my husband kept the questions coming. Richard answered all to our satisfaction. There was not an ounce of pressure, just a very professional salesman, and extremely pleasant one at that. He was doing his job, but he was so pleasant and friendly, we also talked about areas of the city of Lowell, which we all had lived in. Just real nice friendly conversation. When we got back to the dealership, Richard went over all the information about the car with us. He covered all the bases. Richard made the whole transaction very easy, explaining everything to us. We picked up the car in a few days. Richard drove it to our home, and then my husband took him back to Peters. He came in the house for a few minutes. I mentioned the plastic covers on the floor of the car, hoping they were left there, because the weather was going to be messy. He said we took them out, but I'll get you some winter mats for the car. That was great for me, didn't have to get the floor wet and messy!! I know I'm a little long winded, but the whole experience was so awesome, that I don't want to leave anything out! From the person that set up the cars for us by e-mail, to everyone we met at Peters, and especially Richard Roy, who handled everything for us, it was just a great car buying experience from the get-go!! We will highly reccomend Peters of Nashua, to anyone we know who's looking to buy a car!! You won't go wrong with Peters or with a salesman like Richard Roy!!!
