The experience was surprisingly pleasant, which I find unusual when buying a car. I started with an internet inquiry, so I had a price indication by the time I met Doug. The test drive was perfect, not too long or short and I did not have to wait too long. Doug was very knowledgeable about the features of the car, even though he started only a few months ago. He was not annoyingly pushy as some others and had a nice style. He listened, was patient and flexible, had just the right amount of pushiness. The evaluation of my old car for trade in was also done fast and provided a reasonable number. The pickup of the new car was fine, Doug explained everything thoroughly. Z.B. More
