After what we We are returning customers of Peters Honda of Nashua, the reason for our latest visit was because a part fell off my 2005 Honda Pilot. After what we paid out for repairs this year on both of our cars and now with the added expense of other repair - Our Honda Product Specialist was Doug Carrier and we would 110% recommend him to our friends and family members as well as to people reading this review. ? Doug was great right from the beginning, he walked us over to the Service Department and remained at our side throughout the ordeal. We explained that we almost dropped in the week before to buy a car for our daughter and to do trade for my husband. I was very happy with my Pilot and was not interested in trading it in. After discussing what we had paid for all the repairs this year on both cars and now faced with another repair, we decided to trade it in. Doug was NOT pushy and took the time to ask us what we needed in the way of car(s), what our driving needs were, etc. Needless to say, we had such a wonderful time and received such great service after several long hours, we found our cars. We ended up buying THREE new cars. Hello – who does that!!?? We purchased two Honda Civics and a Fit. Shopping for a car is sort of like buy a house, long hours and lots of paper work - no impulse buying here. Doug is extremely knowledgeable about Honda products and took the time to go over every detail on each car with us. If you like someone that pays attention to your needs, answers all of your questions and is NOT pushy then Doug is your guy! He set up all our follow up appointments for us, we didn’t have to lift a finger, and he introduced us to the Service Manager as well. We found out during our conversations, that he also assisted a friend of ours in the purchase of her new car as well; it is a small world. We also had the great pleasure of working with Jeff Burnham for our financing. He took the time to listen to our needs and walked us through each step. He meant all our finance needs and then some. They both gave us excellent service. We had the fortune of meeting two of the owners as well (Peter and Peggy), what lovely gracious people. We have not used the Service department for maintenance or repairs at all so I can’t rate their performance since we have been using another Garage for over 30 years. However, going forward we will bring our cars in for the required maintenance and repairs because that is how pleased we are with the Team at Peters Honda of Nashua. Also the gentleman in the finance office,I think his name was Matt, was quick and efficient ,again knowledgable about Honda products but not pushing anything that wasn't a good fit for me . I really was so pleased with my overall experience!but particularly these two gentlemen are an asset to Peters Honda. Take good care of them!!! More

Our salesman, Ethan, was pleasant, warm, and informative about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He answered every question we had and make us feel comfortable with no sales pressure at all throughout the process. We had an extensive test-drive with Ethan and his knowledge of the vehicle (even though it was a BMW that was not sold new from Peter’s) was amazing. The finance person was also great securing us a lower rate than even my credit union. My wife and I love our car and the treatment at Peter’s from sales to financing has created a pair of return customers and great referrals for years to come. Do not change a thing because this is exactly how car buying should be. More

I would have typically felt a little uneasy and skeptical thinking that the sales man was just going to try to sucker every penny out of me or feed me lies -but not at all- I didn't feel that way with Nick and felt completely comfortable. So overall I was extremely satusfied and would recommend Peters Honda of Nashua to anyone! :) More

It was a new concept to me but I was advised to look into it. Ethan was never pushy, he listened to what my reasons for leasing and we worked out the best vehicle for me. When I decided there was an even better vehicle for me we switched gears flawlessly. A test drive of a car we had to unwrap from the dealer had a slight shimmy. He had it fixed immediately. 2nd test drive was perfect. Ethan set up all the electronics on the car with me. Getting all the setings just the way I wanted. I would highly recomment Peters Honda because I can highly recommend Ethan. More

Dreading the process, I met Doug Carrier in the parking lot. After introductions and discussing my wants and needs, I was soon relaxing, learning and test driving various Hondas and chose the 2015 Accord. Best test drive experience yet, with Doug along for the ride, which was very valuable and helpful. I ultimately made my decision, and the sale was a done deal. Overall, Doug was professional yet easy and pleasant to work with, never pushy, provided a great level of product knowledge and was very, very patient, which I appreciated. The next day delivery experience was also outstanding. My short time with Jeff Burnham, from Business/Finance, while fairly short, was very pleasant also. He covered the many finance details very efficiently and was able to simplify the process. I am pleased to be driving such a "nice ride" and look forward to being part of the Honda family. They got back to me very quickly with the information and invited me into the showroom at a time that was convenient to me. My Product Specialist, Doug Carrier was very well informed regarding the CRV product. Most of his time was spent making sure that the CRV was the right fit for my needs. No pressure sales tactics were used. There was a straightforwardness about Doug that separated him from other sales folks I've come across in the past. I was able to test drive the CRV on both the highway and back roads to get a sense for how the vehicle performed. In the end, I ended up leasing the CRV. The Peters Honda dealership gave me a fair trade in price for my old vehicle (in line with Kelly Blue Book). When I went to pick up the CRV the next day, the team at Peters minimized the paperwork and got me quickly to my vehicle (which had been nicely detailed for my arrival).
