My initial inquiry was answered by Nicole in Internet sales. She was responsive and asked what could be done to earn my business. I said I was looking for the best “out the door” price and wasn’t wanting a back and forth negotiation process as I was a qualified buyer ready to buy. She worked with Nathan the sales manager on pricing, responded to me again and presented me with a deal that was better than I’d received at another dealer - and earned my business. My delivery experience the next day with Ryan in sales was exemplary. We went thru the paperwork, worked with Kirk in finance and before I knew it my CR-V was detailed and ready for me to drive home. Before I could leave though Ryan spent alotta time going over the systems and features of the CRV, set up my Apple Car Play and Honda Link. Once we were done everyone made sure I was satisfied with my experience before leaving. Including meeting Peggy the owner. Within a day I had follow up from the service department making an introduction and to be sure I didn’t have any further questions or issues. All around five star experience with everyone I worked with during the purchase process. Exceptional new car buying experience. In the past 20 years we had purchased 2 new cars here and 1 used vehicle. As it turned out the used vehicle had an unforeseen problem which Peter’s In the past 20 years we had purchased 2 new cars here and 1 used vehicle. As it turned out the used vehicle had an unforeseen problem which Peter’s offered to fix but ultimately could not and with no more questions asked agreed to take the vehicle back and provided a 100% refund. We just recently purchased our third new vehicle from Peters and it was another positive experience. We got another great Honda vehicle at a great price. Everyone we worked with listened to us and we never felt pressured. The grandsons of Mr Peters (Nate and Justin) even came out to speak with us make sure that the vehicle was we expected. I had the worst time ever. I took my car in for service for a recall with the radio that they did and it did not fix anything but made it worse. I brought my wife car in for them to tell me nothing is wrong with the car and charged me $179.00 for maintenance. To make matters worse, now we have a vibration like something is loose around the radio. I’m scared to bring it back in for them to charge me and tell me it was nothing again. Biggest scam. To top it off, the guy that took care of me once I pulled in, he told me as long as it had something to do with the recall I wouldn’t be charged and so he said unless an animal chew the harness I would be covered And when I confronted him he said he did not say that. In the time we are living in right now this is not cool. I’ll never buy or bring any of my 3 Honda I have to them again. More
