Happy as can be with my new 2019 Honda Pilot A week ago from today, my wife and I decided to do a little car shopping and test drive a few vehicles to replace my 2012 Ford Escape. The reaso A week ago from today, my wife and I decided to do a little car shopping and test drive a few vehicles to replace my 2012 Ford Escape. The reason is that my Escape had no AWD, 4WD, nothing., It was getting dangerous to drive in the wintertime; especially of late. We first went to another dealership to test drive one of their cars. Let us just say we were not happy. The customer service was just OK, the vehicle was, for a lack of a better term, 'meh', and we felt pressured to buy. So, we finally left and went to Honda since my wife was happy as can be when she got her 2018 Honda CRV last September. When we got there, i was inclined to buy the Honda Passport. However, even after some negotiating, the financing and price was well out of our range. We were almost ready to give up when the manager came up and discussed a few sales/lease options on a 2019 Honda Pilot. The price was right and the benefits were incredible. Throughout the whole experience, both Ron Stella and Lucas Stecker were friendly, patient, and attentive to what we said and needed. Excellent Experience I stopped by Peters of Honda to just "browse" at vehicles because I wasn't sure what type of vehicle/ model I was interested in.. My previous experience with dealerships typically involved an aggressive and pushy salesperson running out into the lot and asking a lot of personal questions but that didn't happen at Peters of Honda. I felt comfortable walking around the lot and had the time to look at all the vehicles in stock. The salesperson, Rocky, was friendly without being pushy and so was the entire staff. The biggest Thank You goes out to Jon Koresky,finance, who went out of his way to secure the best financing available to me. I have never experienced a dealership that made car shopping as a female so enjoyable. Thank You!!! More
