There is never a time where I feel someone is too busy to talk to me regardless of how many people are waiting for service. The service people listen to my concerns, explain what needs to be done to my car, recommend when things need to be done, etc. How can you ask for anything more. I love the fact that when I am waiting for my car, someone is always updating me, letting me know what's going on, if new issues have surfaced, etc. If you are looking for a great dealership where employees are honest, fun to be around, know about Hondas, is reasonably priced for service issues, backs their work and loves dogs (I bring mine sometimes). this is the place for you. Alex knows the product line inside and out and helped me find the right vehicles for the crew. Business purchases are a little different than personal purchases, but Alex and co-worker Jon Koresky in the finance office did a great job getting the paperwork lined up and finding us the best rates possible.
