Made a bad situation better. My 2015 Honda CR-V was having transmission problems, so I made an appointment to have a computer update for my trans. on the following Saturday.... My 2015 Honda CR-V was having transmission problems, so I made an appointment to have a computer update for my trans. on the following Saturday.... well,,,,,my CR-V didn't make it that far. The same day I made my appointment my trans. stopped working(Drive,reverse,low gear,everything). So I had my CR-V towed to Peter's Honda on Saturday night. I called Peter's on Monday morning to let them know my vehicle was there, and they started working on it right away. They called the same day, and said that I needed a new transmission. Lucky for me it was covered under factory warranty. I really didn't expect my vehicle back for a week, but Peter's got it done in three days. Amazing!!! My CR-V now goes down the road beautifully. Jackie is absolutely amazing! Me and my girlfriend were walking around looking for a new car. One that was sporty so we could drive around in a very nice car and modify it. I’ve owned 6 cars in my life and this was by far THE BEST experience I have ever had. She was very polite, kind, and she actually listens to what you want in a car and boom she springs into action and finds the exact car your looking for! She did absolutely everything in her power to make sure we got everything we wanted in the car.
