Jackie is great! I found a new/used truck I had been looking for here. After some back and forth with the internet Dept, I stopped in one night. I met Jackie at the Ho I found a new/used truck I had been looking for here. After some back and forth with the internet Dept, I stopped in one night. I met Jackie at the Honda side of the dealership. She was very welcoming and helpful. We both found out that the truck was located at the Nissan side of the dealership. She took me over there, got the keys and took the truck out. I spoke with the sales manager, and let him know I had one more vehicle I wanted to look at. He was very respectful, and would give me a decent price for my trade. The next day my wife and I went back to Peters. After agreeing to a purchase price of the new truck, the vehicle was sent to recon while we filled out the financial info, we decided to see if we could get a better rate than what was pre-approved. After waiting just to shake the finance managers hand for three hours, we ended the deal. The numbers weren’t what we had expected, and the wait in “line” killed it. Jackie was again, very helpful, personable, and never felt any pressure from her. It’s to bad we had to wait, the outcome would have been different. It was nice to not have a credit app shoved in our faces, but would have been nice to see hard numbers instead of wasting a lot of energy of the people envolved. More

CRV Lease ....after 11 years.. I have purchased/leased 6 Honda's at Peter's Honda and was contemplating on going over to FORD this time around. I quickly changed my mind and went to Peter's and spoke with Darnell regarding a Honda CRV (downsizing from a 2007 Pilot). Darnell did not pressure me on a sale, understood what I wanted and was willing to deal with my back and forth until I made a decision. Steve and Darnell were great to work with and I left that day with my new 2018 CRV Touring Edition. Matt was fantastic to deal with in the Finance Dept as well and very helpful with the tire protection information and sale. Not a bit surprised that I had another great experience at Peters Honda....which I way they are my go to for all vehicle purchases for my family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
