Most streamlined car buying experience ever!! Brought my sister in to trade out her lease into the next one. She was DYING for a new HRV, but we needed to keep her payment about the same. Alex gre Brought my sister in to trade out her lease into the next one. She was DYING for a new HRV, but we needed to keep her payment about the same. Alex greeted us and introduced us to Steve. They gathered her information and what her payment needs were. After realizing the HRV would be a little beyond where she needed to be, Alex and Steve worked tirelessly (mind you— this whole process took maybe 3-4 hours start to finish keys in hand!!) to get her to a payment she was comfortable with!! So, not only did she get the payment where she needed to be, she got to drive away in her brand new HRV just like she had envisioned. We met with Matt to do paperwork and he is the NICEST person ever and walked us through everything and even got her some added protections to make sure she needn’t worry about any small stains on the interior. Alex finished this incredible experience up with doing a full run down on how to use the HRV and even paired her phone before she left!!! I have always been a Peters customer and I know now that my sister and everyone we know will now be customers too!! Thanks guys :) More
