Oil change and great service I had brought my car over to get a routine oil change that I scheduled with the service department for a Monday. I mistakenly got the week wrong and brought it over the Monday before my appointment but they were able to accommodate me and fit me in that day which was a big relief for me. Least stressful car buying experience ever! To say that my husband has a car obsession is an understatement. We walked in and Joe said you're here all the time and driven like 17 cars. What do you want to drive now? We told him our lease was almost up on our current Pilot and we wanted to see how the new one is as we start the process for our new lease. He grabbed a plate and sent us on our way. The next day, we crunched numbers and decided that it would be worth our wile to try the Touring. My husband showed up at the dealer, told Joe what we wanted, I came in with the kids and the car was waiting for us to test drive. No stress, no pressure, just simply, what do you want, that's what I'm here for. We signed the papers for them to find me the exact color combination I wanted and we were back later in the week and in and out quickly. It truly was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've had. I just hope Joe is still there when this lease is up - I'll be going back! More
