Now, when you wait for a repair, you see an operation that treats their customers like royalty — from the delightful women who answer the phones, to the army of service agents, every encounter with a customer is 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. Such a difference from the old days (at other dealerships and shops) where you would go into a cramped front room stacked with parts and a surly guy with a butt in his mouth would act like you were a nuisance and a dope — and then charge you more than the quote! That day is LONGGGG GONE! More
