AC Recall and 5000 mile check I've been a Ford and Toyota customer, and Peret's Honda surpasses them by a far margin. It is my first Honda - it won't be the last. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous - very nice waiting area and free munchies and drinks made the time fly bye. Quick and easy process I had a great experience working with Joe Orlando. From the start I could see I was working with a true professional in this process. He demonstrate I had a great experience working with Joe Orlando. From the start I could see I was working with a true professional in this process. He demonstrated the vehicle to me, answered all my questions and reached an agreement quickly. Joe was able to do this while building value in the Honda and Peters name. I can confidently say that I will refer friends and family to work with Joe in the future. Although it was a busy day, I was able to complete all paper work and take my new car home that day. My wife was thrilled that she had a new car in a matter of hours. The Finance Manager, Jon Koresky, was also a pleasure to work with. He explained everything to me quickly and in a way I would understand. Both Jon and Joe are true assets to the Peters dealership. More

Service review for Peter's Honda, Nashua, NH When I called to make an appointment, I had been told to bring the car in despite the fact that there were no appointments available on this day. I b When I called to make an appointment, I had been told to bring the car in despite the fact that there were no appointments available on this day. I brought my 2017 CRV in for service - was treated extremely well by the greeters and then the service department person. Service not only performed the routine 30,000 mile service, but made additonal time to take care of a warranty recall issue by Honda. The dealer manage (Rick) also made time to have conversation with me while I was waiting for the car to be ready. Check out was efficient and that person had a pleasant conversation with me as well. Overall a great experience! More

Good experience but All went well as usual until I left. As I left the dealership there was a distinct thumping as the tires rolled along. Went back to the dealership and All went well as usual until I left. As I left the dealership there was a distinct thumping as the tires rolled along. Went back to the dealership and discovered a wheel mud guard was loose. Problem fixed but as I left again, thumping was still there. Went back and discovered protective plate under engine area was loose. Problem fixed with no issues but was surprised with these issues as normally it is great service. This time it seems whomever was working on my car was too much in a hurry to finish with my car and failed to do some critical things. First time this has happened to me so I hope it is just a "one off." More
