Easiest & most personable car buying experience ever! A friend recommended us to Peter's Auto (service customer), so we thought we'd give them a shot. Alex & Jon were great to work with. I had a few minutes between scheduled appointments earlier in the week and stopped in to look at a new-to-us Pilot. Alex met me with a friendly 'Welcome!" and happily showed me all of the features on the vehicle. She knew the vehicle very well, especially for a used vehicle. Absolutely no pressure to buy. They were very accomodating to allow us to return a few days later for both of us to look at the car. She even went above and beyond and researched an item that was on the Carfax report. Jon kept us informed on the financing while awaiting approval (I had forgotten about a fraud alert on my credit that slowed the process, but he handled it professionally and kept the deal moving right along). He was friendly and, informative with the financing and warranty options. Again, no pressure from the finance office. From start-to-finish, the whole transaction took less than a few hours, which was new to us. Other employees were very friendly and chatted with us during the process as well. We were impressed to hear how many employees had been with the dealership for years (not just months, or even weeks, as is the case with most dealerships). Hats-off to the owner for creating such a welcoming environment and treating the employees in a manner to which makes them want to stay! You don't see that much these days... You have a new customer for life here! More

I chose Excellent because of Tom Ilo. Tom Ilo was very knowledgeable and polite. He understood my situation with my Husband John being very ill. When we went to buy the car, Tom tried to move it along however, John Koresky held things up for a very long time. He also spent more time trying to sell us more packages, when he could clearly see my Husband was struggling. My husband John was getting very nauseous and John cont. to try to sell these packages. Not very compassionate on his part. The car/truck passed inspection this morning so everything is fine. Please tell Tom we said thank you and Merry Christmas. More

Headache Free Experience I went in for an oil change and It was the easiest most delightful experience I've had getting my oil changed. I was greeted several times by multiple I went in for an oil change and It was the easiest most delightful experience I've had getting my oil changed. I was greeted several times by multiple associates, all happy. I waited in their clean waiting room and was offered coffee, snacks, and wifi. The whole process took about an hour and they even washed my car and inspected it. I was very pleased and will definitely be returning. More
