Helped us find the perfect fit I originally went to Petersen's to look at a used AWD Caddy for my wife because i wanted her to have a good car to drive in the winter. We did look at, and drove, the Caddy, however, it was in rougher shape than what I was looking for. Thankfully, Terry was "our guy" who helped direct us in a different direction that I would have never considered before, as far as a car goes, a Chrysler? NEVER bought one in my life, nor would I have considered this as an option, but like I said, Terry steered, (no pun intended), us in the right direction! He wasn't your typical salesperson, he was insightful, not pushy, he also spoke of owning the same car that was a couple of years older, so, his "own" personal experience with driving and owning the car. Terry was REALLY GREAT to deal with, we're so glad that he was there to help us get a really nice car at a good price. THANK YOU TERRY! This is the nicest and newest car my wife and i have ever owned! And they are local, so no more driving all the way to the valley to get our car serviced like we used to. Rusting 2 year old Chrysler 300C I hand washed my 1.5 year old Chrysler 300C in May 2017 and noticed numerous rust spots had formed on both sides of the car. The car has 22k miles on I hand washed my 1.5 year old Chrysler 300C in May 2017 and noticed numerous rust spots had formed on both sides of the car. The car has 22k miles on it and I purchased it brand new, still under full factory warranty. I took it to Petersen Chrysler in Waupaca and spoke with Rich in the service department. Rich took numerous photos of the rust and stated it was rail dust rust. States he knows it's rail trust from transporting the car by train because there was no rust on the hood, trunk, or roof. Rich sent my complaint in to Chrysler and stated Chrysler would take care of it. About a week later Rich called back and stated Chrysler denied my claim and would do nothing to repair the car. I called an 800 number Rich gave me to further complain to Chrysler management and they said it was environmental rust. I was then denied access to speak with a manager. I now own a rusting 22k mile car under full warranty! I gave Rich numerous opportunities to have Petersen repair it, telling him it would keep me as a customer for the life of the vehicle, minimum, and was told no. Potential customers beware of Chrysler and the Petersen Dealership! Never again! Tom H More

Vehicle Purchases I have been a customer of Neuville Motors, now specifically Neuville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram for over 23 years, ever since my family got out of sellin I have been a customer of Neuville Motors, now specifically Neuville Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram for over 23 years, ever since my family got out of selling new/used cars. Between my immediate family and myself we have purchased 12 new and used vehicles since 1991. A few of those vehicles we purchased were not initially on their lot either, but they were very willing to work with other dealerships to get us the vehicle we really wanted. In every case Jeff then Todd went above and beyond to make the purchase happen while keeping it fair for both parties concerned. And all the other sales staff were happy to answer questions if Jeff/Todd were not available. I cannot recommend Neuville's more highly, if I could give then 10 stars out of 5 I would. I have no doubt I will buy my last vehicle from them, no matter how many years I still live. If you don't at least talk to them before getting a vehicle I doubt you got the best deal possible. More
