I did the European delivery, and at every step they were there to assist in any way possible. The European pick up went extremely well and was a great experience I would recommend to anyone. The car delivery was stressful and took longer than expected. It took a month to get the car to the dealership AFTER it had arrived in California, but none of it was the dealership's fault. The delay was a combination of dock worker strikes, slow customs, bad weather and the holiday season. Throughout this time however, they worked consistently with me to keep me informed on the car's status, which I cannot thank them enough for being so undeerstanding. I will definately buy our next car from Peterson BMW. More
