Once again Peterson Service Dept provided an excellent repair on my X5. Parts needed to be ordered to make the repair. Ryan was very helpful in getting my car in and repaired in a timely manner. He dealt with a third party extended warranty company and delivered the car repaired as explained and expected. When picking up the car, the inspection report stated that further repairs were needed/advised and the report stated that the repairs were deferred. I was never contacted to either authorize or defer these additional repairs so this is an inaccurate statement as I cannot defer repairs that I was unaware of. I have to travel 150 miles to the dealership for service and or repairs and it would have been nice to have been informed of the additional repairs so that I could have authorized the repairs and saving myself another trip. Peterson BMS does great work but this is an area were customer service fell short and could be improved. Mike More
