Parking Light Replacement Bulb Our parking light bulb service indicator light came on while we were driving in town. We stopped by Peterson BMW to have it fixed. We assumed we wou Our parking light bulb service indicator light came on while we were driving in town. We stopped by Peterson BMW to have it fixed. We assumed we would have to leave the car with them at least overnight. Rafael (our service technician) told us that they may be able to replace the bulb quickly if it was the side marker bulb and not an inner bulb that requires removing the bumper and headlight assembly. I told Rafael that we were getting lunch anyway and he said he would call us to let us know if they could do the job today. Within 20 minutes Rafael had called me and said that the bulb was replaced and that we could pick up the car. He also said that they would have it washed for us, too! Rafael was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in providing information that allowed us to be on our way in a timely manner without wasting a day waiting or driving back to pick up our vehicle! Transfer case repair I took my 07 x3 in for a used warranty replacement of my transfer case. The staff there treated me like I had purchased the vehicle there and were so I took my 07 x3 in for a used warranty replacement of my transfer case. The staff there treated me like I had purchased the vehicle there and were so kind in explaining what the third party used warranty covered and didn't cover... They stored the shipped parts in their shop until I could get the car in for servicing and they gave me an estimate that came within $15 dollars of the actual charges. I am planning on having them do all the work on this wonderful vehicle... They deserve the reputation they have earned! More
