Service I bought a 750I at an auction and it had multiple things wrong with it so I took it to Petersen BMW and they fixed the issues. On top of that they gav I bought a 750I at an auction and it had multiple things wrong with it so I took it to Petersen BMW and they fixed the issues. On top of that they gave me a loaner car to use while mine was repaired and also when I picked up the car they had it washed and vacuumed. Great service!!!!! More

2016 lease agreement I absolutely love working with Peterson BMW. My 3 year lease was expiring in February and I received an e-mail from Peterson asking if I'd like to lo I absolutely love working with Peterson BMW. My 3 year lease was expiring in February and I received an e-mail from Peterson asking if I'd like to look at 2016 vehicle's and renew early. I am extremely busy and don't like to make time for lease negotiations, so I was apprehensive about taking time to negotiate a new agreement; however, when I arrived, Robert Higgins was warm, friendly and quick to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. It was the quickest deal I've ever made and I've never been happier with the outcome!! I will absolutely continue to work with Peterson, either with a new lease renewal (in 3 years) or eventually purchase my BMW through them. BRAVO for the EXCELLENT experience, I'm truly impressed. Service center was excellent I invested in a used 2007 x3 and knew it had some issues. Peterson motors took it in and gave it a thorough going over.
